Description
The church of the Holy Archangels in Rozavlea (Maramures, Romania) was built of fir wood, in 1717, over an older church ruined by the Tartars. Its has as saint-patrons SS Michael and Gabriel, and its inside paintings were painted by a local artist Ioan Polhod, both on canvas and wood, during the year 1820.
