Skull and Dead Bread made with sugar paste by mexican artisans. They are used to adorn the homes and offerings of altars during the festivities of the Day of the Dead on November 1 and 2. They are considered to be typical sweets from Mexico, and although not all are edible, they are also made with ingredients such as chocolate and amaranth seeds. Bought at the Merced market in Mexico City. October
