GENEVA, SWITZERLAND  - September 3, 2017: the flower clock. A new floral concept consisting of more than 12,000 plants has been carefully installed. New clock hands, with an elegant design close to the original one, were manufactured and generously offered to the City by the firm Patek Philippe. The seconds hand, which marks the seconds, 2.5 meters in length, is probably the largest in the world
