Description
This is a Fall night picture of the public art sculpture Germination-Pomegranate outside the iconic ruins of the Roman Colosseum illuminated by lights located in Rome, Italy. The sculpture Germination-Pomegranate was the work of Giuseppe Carla and was installed in 1982. The historic Colosseum also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre is the largest amphitheatre ever built that could hold 50,000 to 80,000 spectators, it is four stories high, constructed out of concrete and sand, it was constructed between 70-80 AD. This picture was taken on October 25, 2017.
