Chaktai Khal called grief of Chittagong City. It is a most important part of Chittagong sea port and Karnafuli River, Karnaphuli is the largest and most important river in Chittagong and the Chittagong Hill Tracts is a 667-metre wide river in the south-eastern part of Bangladesh. The Khal was dredged to divert Chaktai khal water from Chaktai Khal to rajarkhal to protect the Chittagong City from wa
