Description
The ruins of a Roman religious temple of the 1st century in the Conde de Vila Flor square in Ãâ°vora, Alentejo, south of Portugal. The temple is also known by a probabily wrong name, `Templo de Diana`, the godess of the hunt. The building was originally dedicated to the emperor August, according to the historians. This ruins are the only vestiges of the Roman forum in the city of Ãâ°vora, with the name of Liberalitas Julia during the Roman times.
