Description
The Netherlands, province South Holland, city Rotterdam, frontage of the City Hall on the Coolsingel street, built between 1914 and 1920 to a design by architect Henri Evers. This professor assumed a Beaux-Art style with byzantine, Romanesque and art-deco influences. On the clock tower, town hall tower, there is an image of a golden peace angel from artist Johan Keller. This old town hall is a landmark, cultural heritage, national monument and tourist attraction.
