Location: alongside the Old Military Road & x28;A93& x29; heading north from Spital of Glen Shee towards Glen Shee Ski Centre. A very scenic route for Scotland travelers who love solitude, spectacular views, wide spaces and adventurous car drives. Wandering around and climbing these hills with barely any vegetation other than grass, moss, heather and lichen always gives me an earthy, unspoiled, primeval feeling of inner peace and freedom.
