Description
This is a Winter picture of the Eastside of the historic Chicago Water Tower lower floors topped with fresh snow located on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois in Cook County. This building was designed by William W. Boyington, it was constructed with Lamont Limestone, it is one of three surviving structures from the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, this building was built in 1869. This structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 23, 1975. This picture was taken on February 11, 2018.
