Description
The flags are intentionally very similar, since the Cuban Revolutionary Party advocated and obtained the independence of both Spanish dominion states. The differences are non-existent, except for the fact that the colors are inverted, in the sense that red is exchanged with blue and blue with red. If you want to see the difference, Puerto Rico has the red lines and Cuba the blue lines, so you could remember `Rico-rojo, Cuba-azul`. The colors are also noticeably bolder on the Puerto Rican flag, while the Cuban flag has a red similar to the red of Austria
