Description
Image of a group or herd of Mule Deer, taken near the Great Sand Dunes in Colorado. Taken late Autumn. This group was out looking for food, and stopped and watched us as we had lunch. Mule deer Odocoileus hemionus are very common throughout the western United States. They are named for their oversized ears that resemble a mule`s ears.
