It was painted by Frank Campagna, owner of the Kettle Art Gallery and known as the godfather of Deep Ellum. He`s painted wall murals there since 1989.Deep Ellum is a neighborhood composed largely of arts and entertainment venues near downtown in East Dallas, Texas. Deep Ellum developed in the late 19th century as a residential and commercial neighborhood. It is known for being a hotbed of graffiti.
