The abbey of Miramar in the west coast of the island of Mallorca. Abbey where 13th century savant Ramon Llull 1232 – 1315 lived and wrote or thought about many of his treatys about geometry or aesthetics. Llull was a philosopher, logician, Franciscan tertiary and Catalan writer. He is credited with writing the first major work of Catalan literature, He is also considered a pioneer of computation theory, especially given his influence on Leibniz.
