Description
The view from the summit of the spectacular 27 km untarred Swartberg Pass, which connects Oudtshoorn to Prince Albert, in South Africa. It is considered one of the most spectacular mountain passes in the world. Its summits at 1 583 m, and was constructed in 1888, using dry stone walls, by the famous road engineer Thomas Bain. It is now a World Heritage site.
