Description
Mallard usually inhabits freshwater lakes, and also flocks in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, Gulf and coastal tidal flat. There are webbing among the toes, but rarely scuba diving. When swimming, they are exposed to the water and are good at finding food, playing water and mating in the water. They like to clean, often carding feathers on the water and land, carefully dressing up, sleeping and resting to take care of each other.
