Pictured is a bronze statue by John A. Wilson, known as `The Pennsylvania Volunteer` or `Washington Grays Monument`. The Washington Grays was a volunteer regiment that functioned in peace and war. It was originally placed in Washington in 1908, and relocated to it`s present location in front of the Union League of Philadelphia in 1991.
