The Wave Organ with waves swirling and crashing along the base. #114961416
Description
Acoustic activated, the Wave Organ is a specially placed series of pipes that resonate, that is, make music, with the rushing of the tides, particularly at high tide. Completed in May 1986 and dedicated to the memory of Frank Oppenheimer, who was instramental in the funding and paper work for this piece, he never got to see it completed.
