Even HaEzer #115294540
Description
In the Book of Samuel I, chapter 27, he recalled that when Israel went out to the Philistines parked in Apek, they parked on Even HaEzer and from there the Ark of God was taken to Ashdod after the defeat of the Israelites by the Philistines. If the name Even HaEzer is the name of a settlement during that period and not a general geographical indication, then the Israeli site in Izbet Cherata, the Rock Hill, is the most suitable for the historical-geographic identification mentioned in the Bible. The archeological site on the Rock Hill is therefore a clear Israeli site. Our scientific knowledge of the alphabet is increasing with the discovery of ancient inscriptions and documents.
