Pictured is a mural dedicated to our Veterans created by Preston Pannek, Izk Davies, and Jeremy Lock. It is based on an award winning photo by Jeremy Lock, and painted by artists Preston Panneck and Izk Davies on the side wall of the Green Room, a restaurant and bar in Deep Ellum. It is the 10th mural donated to Deep Ellum by Preston Pannek. Deep Ellum is a neighborhood composed largely of arts and entertainment venues near downtown in East Dallas, Texas. Deep Ellum developed in the late 19th century as a residential and commercial neighborhood. It is known for being a hotbed of graffiti. Also a large portion of the art and murals in the area are commissioned by local businesses.
