The Sound of Waterslager Most people know this yellow bird as Waterslager Canary or Malinois Canary others called as Waterslager Water Singer. This bird is the oldest of the others and began breeding by a French tourist since 1713. The Waterslager is named after the watery, bubbling or dripping-water tone of its song, likened to a babbling brook. The bird is able to produce higher and lower notes than any other type.
