It is located in the exterior garden of the Presbyterian Historical Society, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The `Father of Presbyterianism in Western Pennsylvania`, he was a circuit riding preacher. He played key roles in the founding of Washington-Jefferson College and Pittsburgh Academy - today`s University of Pittsburgh
