Thomas Fitzsimons 1741-1811 was an American merchant and statesman of Philadelphia. He represented Pennsylvania in the Continental Congress, the Constitutional Convention, and the U.S. Congress. It was created by Giuseppe Donato 1881-1965, Italian immigrant who came to American at the age of ten, and established himself as a noted sculptor and recognized figure in the Philadelphia art community.
