Title
Icebergs queuing to melt in Hvalsey Fjord on the west coast of Greenland #119462311
Description
These icebergs have calved from huge glaciers of the western Greenland ice sheet. They drift in the currents of the Arctic Ocean, getting smaller, until the wind can blow them up the many fjords on Greenland`s coast. Here at Hvalsey, for example, they seem to queue up to melt.
