Description
First built in 1854 as the San Francisco Fire Station 7 for the Young American Eagle Company, at the time still an all volunteer fire department, it was then destroyed in the earthquake and fire of 1906 and rebuilt in 1908. By 1968 this location was decommissioned and station 7 moved to a new location. The building itself was sold, after a few series of other owners, is now the Kilowatt Saloon, and much more successful then any previous venue at the location since.
