Description
This giant yew tree is at least 2,500 years according to experts. It is called the King Harold Yew because Harold had property at Crowhurst before he was defeated at the Battle of Hastings in 1066 by the Normans led by William the Conqueror. However, this tree was big even in Harold`s day.
