A tropical beauty with translucent leaves striped in thin bands of golden yellow that glow warmly in backlit situations. Brilliant orange flowers top the show. Use & x27;Striata& x27; as an accent in the border or as a specimen in large containers. It also goes by the names & x27;Bengal Tiger& x27; and & x27;Pretoria.& x27; Cannas are tropical and subtropical bulbs from the Americas that are invaluable to the garden in summer and autumn. The flowers range from complex and colorful to simple and subtle, and their large leaves grow from 4–10′. Provide a warm spot in the sun & x28;at least half a day& x29; and regular watering.
