Anantasamakhom Throne HallPhra Thinang Anantasamakhom is a royal reception hall within Dusit Palace in Bangkok,Thailand. It was commissioned by King Chulalongkorn Rama V in 1908. The building was completed in 1915, 5 years after Rama V`s death in 1910. It is now employed from time to time for certain state occasions.Until October 2017, when it indefinitely closed to the public, the hall was open to visitors as a museum and housed the Arts of the Kingdom exhibition, which showcased handicrafts produced under the sponsorship of the Queen Sirikit Institute.Equestrian statue of Chulalongkorn the Great is an outdoor sculpture in cast bronze at the center of the Royal Plaza in Bangkok, Thailand, honoring King Chulalongkorn. It was erected on 11 November 1908 to commemorate his 40th anniversary of his accession to the throne, the longest-reigning monarch in Siamese history at that time.
