Sungai Anak Bukit Riverfront, Alor Setar, Kedah Royalty-Free Stock Photography

Anak Bukit is known as the royal town of Kedah, Malaysia because the Sultan of Kedah's royal palace and official residence, Istana Anak Bukit is located here. Behind the royal palace there is a river stream which is called Sungai Anak Bukit (Anak Bukit River) and it flows through Alor Setar connected by Sungai Kedah (Kedah River) to the estuary of Kuala Kedah. Anak Bukit Riverfront is located between the Federal Government's Administrative Complex and the Anak Bukit River. It is also close to the Anak Bukit Railway Station.
