Description
Sunflower Latin: Helianthus annuusL. is an annual herb of Compositae sunflower. The height is 1 to 3.5 meters high. Stem erect, round, many angular, hard hard white hairy. Leaf blades broadly ovate, usually alternate, apex acute or acuminate, basal 3-veined, margin coarsely serrate, both surfaces rough, hairy, with long stalks. Capitulum, 10~30 cm in diameter, solitary at stem tip or branch end.
