Title
The Apiary of Carpinteria California. #123869601
Description
An apiary is a place where beehives are kept, for the purpose of bees for honey or plant pollination. It is known that apiaries had been kept in Ancient Egypt, before 2400 BC. This apiary, in Carpinteria, is a meadowy, a fermented drink made from honey. They also make cider, a fermented drink made from apples. Both are locally sourced and organic. With so many wineries; craft breweries and now craft whiskies; Carpinteria is leading the charge with craft mead and cider, in what appears to be an industrial park.
