Memorail Gate (also called Secondary Gate, 'Erxiaomen') is the landmark of Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. The gate served as the real entrance in the early years of Tsinghua until 1930s, then after a campus' extension, it was preserved as a symbol. Tsinghua University, founded in 1911 based on the returned boxer indemnity from USA, is among the top 2 in China today.
