Transcendence or The Banker`s Heart, 1. #129348220
Description
Officially named Transcendence by the sculptor Masayuki Nagare, it earned the nick name The Banker`s Heart by San Francisco newspaper columnist Herb Caen, which stuck due to what the cold, black, hard shape seems to represent. That, with the fact it was commissioned for the A.P. Giannini Plaza, the former home of Bank of America, who since moved to North Carolina.
