The Nufrim Pool is located in the free part of the Yarkon National Park, so it is possible to visit the site free of charge, but it is also worth visiting the garden itself which offers picnic sites and points of interest along the river. The Nufrim Pool receives its water from springs from the Yarkon River. The water from the springs has been pumped since the 1950s by Mekorot, but a relatively small amount of water is released from the pumping site towards the Nufrim pool and the Yarkon River, in order to preserve the diverse fauna and flora.
