Located outside the Chinese gate of Qinhuai District, Nanjing City, Dayun Temple is the oldest Buddhist temple in Chinese history and the first Buddhist temple built in southern China. The Porcelain Tower is 78.2 meters high, and the whole body is fired with glaze. There are 146 lamps in the tower. It was the tallest building in China at that time, a miracle in the history of the world architecture and seven wonders of the world in the Middle Ages. By Westerners as the symbol of China, known as `the first tower in the world.` The tower, which was built in 247 AD, was destroyed and rebuilt several times. At the end of 2015, it was rebuilt by the current government and opened to the public.
