Event: XV Day in Memory of Victims of Organised Crime, Milan, Italy Date and Place: March 20th, 2010 – Milan, Italy The event was conceived and organised by the association Libera and is intended to show to the entire Italian community the commitment of Italian citizens against any type of organised crime and mafias. Every year about 100.000 people from all over the country gather in order to shout their contempt towards a plague that spoils and affects not only Italy but also many other nations. This year more than 150.000 participants walked the streets of Milan and reached the city center’s main square. These photos were taken on the 20th March, during the march and then in piazza Duomo.
