The Muara river is one of the largest rivers in Natuna. before the bridge, the community if they want to cross the river must use a boat. the estuary river directly faces the open sea of Natuna. at the end of the river there is a mixture of sea water and fresh water so it becomes brackish water. sedimentation can be found on the banks of the estuary in the form of material flowing from the upstream of the river.
