The bridge is located inÃÂ Bassano del GrappaÃÂ and was destroyed many times, the last time inÃÂ World War II. The bridge spans the riverÃÂ Brenta. The Brenta river was an important means of communication in the 18th century from the mountains ofÃÂ GrappaÃÂ toÃÂ Venice.
