Moscow. Russia. August 23, 2016. Muzeyno - the exhibition center `Worker and Collective Farmer` on Mira Avenue Street, the ENEA subway. Masterpiece of the Soviet and world modernism of the 20th century. The architect Boris Iofan became the author of the concept of the sculpture created for the Soviet pavilion of the World Fair in Paris in 1937, and Vera Mukhina embodied his plan. In 2009 the reconstructed complex opened for visitors — the statue was established on the pavilion pedestal which repeats the original pavilion of 1937.
