Flowering bright yellow gorse, Ulex europaeus stands at the side as the south west coast path leads down towards Screda Point on the Hartland peninsular, Devon. The south west coast path runs for 630 miles from Minehead in Somerset, anticlockwise along the coast to Poole harbour in Dorset, passing both the north and south Devon and Cornwall coasts.
