Beautiful bridge in old town Sarajevo called Latin Bridge. Latin Bridge latinska cuprija was built during the Ottoman Empire. During Austro-Hungarian empire, this bridge was the place of assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie, the event that triggered the beginning of WWI. Bridge was consequently called Princip Bridge.
