Martin Place enjoys a rich history as a core financial precinct within Australia`s financial markets and is currently home to an array of financial groups.The development has repositioned the existing asset by way of a major reconfiguration of the existing `heritage` component, the construction of an additional nine levels of premium office accommodation and the restoration of the historic Rowe Street laneway.The heritage component ground level to level 10 is extensively modernised while retaining its distinctive features, including the sandstone facades, marble lobbies and interconnecting staircases. The original internal `light well` has been reinstated to form a central atrium that rises from level 1 up through to level 11.
