Charolais and Angus Cattle in a field in Texas #155169838
Description
The Charolais cow and bull have light tan colored fur and are grown in middle Texas for beef. The black angus is the most popular beef cattle variety in America. Although Charolais are used primarily as beef cattle, their milk output is considerable. Centuries of selective breeding for bone structure and muscling have resulted in animals with high carcass yields and little fat.
