The Church of Santa María Magdalena dates from the twelfth century, and was formerly known by the name of San Ginés and its location was inside the Sarmiento Castle, but in the fourteenth century, due to the extension of the Pedro Ruíz fortress Sarmiento decided to move it to its current location. Today the building is reserved for recreational and recreational activities.
