These are Fishing Ship. They Called Purser Ship because they use Purse nets to catch a lot of Herring, and Mackerel and other sorts of fish from the bottom of the sea. The nets are at narrow at one end and closed at the other end, so when they haul them in the narrow end close and the fish are trapped. Broch is a variation of the word `burgh`. Traditional known as a fishing port, Fraserburgh is home to the oldest mainland lighthouse in Scotland.
