The Pedreres de S`Hostal are located 1km from the Citadel of Menorca and form a quarry of Marés typical stone of the island whose exploitation was completed in 1994. A year later, the Associació Là­thica rented the quarries to rescue them and give them A new life that fosters its essence of labyrinth and garden.
