Foxgloves can both heal and hurt people. #168451364
Description
Foxgloves can both heal and hurt people. Foxglove grows in the wild and is often cultivated for its beauty in private gardens. All parts of the plant are poisonous, possibly even deadly, if swallowed, so they can be both friend and foe, depending on the use. The poisonous quality causes them to often be associated with insincerity. However, their bell shape bouquet looks beautiful in gardens. In folklore, it was said that picking a foxglove would offend fairies.
