Park area at the entrance to the Russian city of Kaluga. Kaluga is a city in the European part of Russia, in the Central Federal district, the administrative center of the Kaluga region and the municipality of Kaluga with the status of an urban district. Located on the banks of the Oka river and its tributaries — Yachenka, Kaluzhka, Kievka, 160 km South-West of the center of Moscow. It is known that the founder of theoretical cosmonautics, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, was born in the city. It has a large mber of old buildings and recognizable architecture.
