Description
The River Dee runs through Dentdale which although part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park has actually been in Cumbria since a local government re-organisation in 1974. This is the Grade II-listed Lea Yeat Bridge that crosses the river near Cowgill, at the eastern end of the dale. The bridge dates from the early 1800s.
