Syringa #172883030
Description
Syringa is a decorative deciduous shrub of the Oleaceae family. Blooms from early May as individual varieties bloom until the end of July with aromatic, grape-like colors, most often in different shades of violet, but also in white or pink. The plant is native to Persia but is widespread throughout Europe and Asia. It is quite resistant to frost, drought and disease, but still grows best in well-lit terrain with light, drained soils. An important rule for good flowering is to remove the flowering twigs immediately so that they do not prevent the flowering of new ones.
