Samanid Mausoleum Uzbek. Somoniylar maqbarasi is the dynastic mausoleum of the Samanid Dynasty in the historical center of Bukhara Uzbekistan, built at the turn of the 9th and 10th centuries during the reign of Ismail Samani 892ââ¬â907.nnThe mausoleum is one of the oldest monuments of Central Asian monumental architecture and architectural monuments of world significance [1]. The modern building of the mausoleum was originally part of the larger necropolis of the Samanid dynasty, from which nothing survived until the 1930s. Currently, the mausoleum is the only surviving building of the Samanids in the territory of the Bukhara oasis [2]. Entirely built of burnt bricks. It is located in the central city park of culture and leisure, which at different times bore the names of S. M. Kirov and Samanids.
